Poster exhibition
The Poster exhibition will be open all-day on Thursday (29/10) and Friday (30/10). Poster presentation times at which the presenter must be available for discussion are scheduled at morning and afternoon breaks on both days.
Even numbered posters are scheduled for Thursday morning and Friday afternoon, and uneven numbered posters are scheduled for Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. This arrangement assures that the maximum amount of participants is able to meet with poster presenters.
Posters should be in vertical format (841 x 1189 mm).
Materials for putting up the posters will be provided. Posters must be taken down by Friday evening. Please note that posters, which have not been taken off, will be discarded.
